All-terrain Thule buggies are available to borrow free of charge, along with highchairs, kettles, changing mats, bottle warmers, baby carriers, baby monitors, and much more. All new family suites come equipped with a microwave, kettle, and professional coffee machine using sustainable pods from South Tyrol’s Alps Coffee roastery. The washbasins in the new suites can also be used as baby bathtubs.

And because babies and toddlers are especially sensitive sleepers, they dream peacefully at Alpura in proper children’s beds with high-quality mattresses and safety rails. For little ones who prefer to stay close to Mum and Dad, we’re happy to provide a bedside cot.

Knowing your baby or toddler is cared for attentively by experienced staff trained in nature-based education makes your time out all the more relaxing. 45 hours of baby and toddler care per week give you the freedom to focus on what you need – precious moments as a couple, peak sporting performance in the Ratschings mountains or deep relaxation with a pampering spa treatment. Afterwards, you’ll savour the time spent together with your child even more: playing with giant Lego in the dedicated baby and toddler room, stroking rabbits, guinea pigs, and other cute animals in the petting zoo, and making the best mud pies at the sand construction site in the park, complete with an outdoor kitchen.

Prefer a leisurely breakfast available until 11 a.m. because your baby only settles into deep sleep in the early morning? No problem! Want to enjoy a relaxed dinner in the restaurant? In our cosy lounges with play corners for little ones, you’ll be seated among other families with young children. And if your child gets hungry at night, simply warm up some homemade organic purée in your suite’s microwave.

Babies’ and toddlers’ skin is especially delicate, and we take this seriously at our baby-friendly hotel in South Tyrol. In the extra-warm,chlorine-free baby and toddler pool, you can splash around with your child without a care. Little ones laugh as our mascot Alpi playfully sprinkles water, and glide joyfully down the rainbow slide into the soothing warmth. They can then be wrapped in a soft bathrobe to snuggle up with Mum and Dad in the cosy nooks of the relaxation room.

Is there a private babysitting service?

Yes, a babysitting service by professionally trained carers can be booked on request at reception. We charge €15.00 per hour for the first child and €10.00 per hour for each additional sibling.

Is babysitting also available in the evening for a romantic dinner for two?

You are welcome to use our babysitting service for your babies and toddlers for an extra charge. There are also lovingly designed play areas for small children in the restaurants. So you can enjoy your dinner in peace and quiet while your child plays happily in view. The earlier dinner for children at 6 p.m. also gives you the opportunity to put your child to bed at their usual time and then go to the restaurant with the baby monitor without any worries.

Are there special dishes for babies and toddlers?

The buffet has its own snack corner for babies and toddlers with child-friendly finger food without sugar, regional fruit, vegetables, and homemade organic baby food. Afterwards, your little ones can play happily in the play areas of our restaurants while you enjoy your meal in comfort. As the days with babies and toddlers do not follow fixed times, you can organise your time flexibly according to your needs thanks to the extra-long opening hours for all meals.

There is also a well-equipped baby kitchen at your disposal, which is accessible 24 hours a day. You can also find our daily freshly prepared baby food there around the clock.

Can baby equipment be borrowed?

Yes, we have a large selection of high-quality baby equipment for hire, including cots, highchairs, changing mats in the room, kettles, bottle warmers, back carriers, baby monitors, Thule buggies, and much more. So you can confidently leave a lot of things at home and travel lighter.

In our suites and chalets, your children sleep in real children’s beds with high-quality mattresses and fall-out protection. For those who feel safer with their parents or grandparents, we are happy to provide an extra bed. In addition, the washbasin in all new family suites can be used as a baby bathtub. The new suites also have a microwave and a kettle.
