ActiveCard Ratschings

With the ActiveCard Ratschings, you can travel free of charge on all public transport in South Tyrol for the duration of your stay and benefit from numerous bonus offers at lift facilities and partner businesses.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations are only valid in written form. There is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Code; however, we offer the following cancellation terms:

  • Cancellations up to 3 months before arrival incur a fixed fee of €200.00.
  • Cancellations between 1 months and 3 months before arrival are charged at 40% of the total package price.
  • Cancellations between 6 days and 1 month before arrival are charged at 80% of the total package price.
  • Cancellations within the last 6 days before arrival are charged at 100% of the total package price.
  • Cancellations on the day of arrival, late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows are charged at 100% of the total package price according to Italian hotel regulations.

By taking out our beneficial travel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung, you will be well-covered in the event of cancellation.

Spa appointments:
If you miss a spa appointment without cancelling at least 24 hours in advance, 80% of the treatment cost will be charged.

Check-in and check-out

On your arrival day, your booked suite or chalet will be ready from 3 p.m. On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your suite or chalet by 11 a.m. Your all-inclusive experience begins with the lunch buffet on your arrival day and ends with breakfast on your departure day.

If you’ll be arriving after 7 p.m., please notify us by phone.

Child discounts

At Alpura, we offer generous discounts for children and teenagers:

  • 0 – 1 years: 80% off the price per person
  • 2 – 5 years: 60% off the price per person
  • 6 – 12 years: 50% off the price per person
  • 13 – 17 years: 30% off the price per person
  • Ab 18 years: a third person in the suite receives a 10% discount when staying with two full-paying guests

Solo travellers with children can benefit from special conditions.

Culinary delights in the chalets and penthouse suites

In our luxury chalets and penthouse suites, you can enjoy breakfast in the comfort of your own space upon request. Please place your order online or at reception by 10 p.m. the previous evening. Our breakfast fairies will take care of everything else.

For dinner, a sumptuous à la carte selection is available. All dishes are prepared exclusively for you using fresh and predominantly regional ingredients. For this reason, we kindly ask for your understanding that dinner orders must be placed online or at reception by 11 a.m. the same day. Selected dishes from the daily menu may also be ordered by 5 p.m. the same day.

Deposit

To confirm your booking, we kindly request a deposit of 30% of the total package price paid via bank transfer.

Early check-in and late check-out

Early check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Each is charged at 50% of the daily rate.

With early check-in, your suite, penthouse suite, or chalet will be available from 7.30 a.m. In addition to the lunch buffet, this includes afternoon treats and the dinner menu, the breakfast buffet, complimentary non-alcoholic drinks from the buffet throughout the day, and access to the spa area.

Late check-out allows you to use your suite, penthouse suite, or chalet until 6 p.m. In addition to breakfast, this includes the lunch buffet, afternoon treats, complimentary non-alcoholic drinks from the buffet throughout the day, and access to the spa area.

Garage

When you book a suite or chalet, you’ll have access to a complimentary parking space in the garage (subject to availability).

Lost and found

Left behind a cuddly toy or favourite jumper when you checked out? With the “Found & Send” service from Insam, you can have your forgotten items delivered to your home simply, quickly and conveniently. The relevant form is available at www.foundandsend.it.

You can pay in cash, by Visa, or EC card. Payment by American Express and Diners Club is not accepted. Please note the legal cash payment limit of €4,999.00. For bank transfers, the amount must be received in our account before your departure. 

Pets

Well-behaved dogs are warmly welcomed at the Alpura Retreat upon request. Please note that only a limited number of dog-friendly rooms are available. There is also a maximum number of dogs permitted in the hotel. The surcharge for your dog is €30.00 per day (excluding food).

We provide a new lounge with a separate entrance for guests who prefer not to leave their four-legged friends alone during mealtimes. Please understand that pets are not permitted in any other dining areas or in the spa area. We reserve the right to charge for any necessary final cleaning. Owners are liable for any damage caused by their pets.

Pick-up service

Travelling by train, bus, or plane? On request and for a fee, we’ll be happy to pick you up with our e-shuttle from nearby train stations in Sterzing, Brenner, Innsbruck, Bolzano and Franzensfeste, as well as from airports in Innsbruck, Bolzano, Verona and Munich. Please let us know your arrival time no later than the day before.

All prices are based on the booked category per person and specified period, or per accommodation unit and specified period in the chalets, premium suites, and penthouse suites. Prices cover the all-inclusive experience for connoisseurs and all other Alpura services included.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms at Alpura, as well as in dining and lounge areas, in accordance with national law.

Solo travellers with children

In the Kuschelnest and Sunshine Suite, the first child receives a 50% discount during the low season when accompanied by one full-paying adult; each additional child benefits from the age-appropriate child discount. During high season, all suites are charged for a minimum of 2 full-paying guests. Pricing for the chalets and penthouse suites is always per accommodation unit.

Suite for solo use

For the Kuschelnest and Sunshine Suite, solo occupancy during the low season incurs a 50% surcharge; during the high season, the rate for 2 full-paying guests applies. For all other suites, solo occupancy is always charged at the rate for 2 full-paying guests. Chalets and penthouse suites are priced per accommodation unit.

Tourist tax

A tourist tax of €3.40 per person per night applies for guests aged 14 and over. This fee is not included in the package price and is payable on site.

Travel insurance

Sometimes things come up before you travel.  With our travel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung, you’re well covered against cancellation fees in the event of unforeseen short-term cancellation, delayed arrival, early departure, or no-show.

Wellness Day on departure day

Extend your holiday with a Wellness Day and enjoy access to our spa area until 6 p.m. on your departure day. Included in the price of €35.00 per person (age 12 and over): lunch buffet, complimentary non-alcoholic drinks from the buffet all day, and full-day access to the activity and children’s programme.

Check-out from your suite, penthouse suite, or chalet remains at 11 a.m., as usual. Showers and changing rooms are available in the spa area.

  • Are swimming aids available for hire?
    You can hire water wings from the hotel while stocks last. You can also purchase swimming aids in our hotel shop.
  • Can swim nappies be purchased at the hotel?
    You can purchase swim nappies easily and conveniently in our hotel shop. We ask you to always take your babies and toddlers into the water with swim nappies.
  • Are the pools heated all year round?
    Yes, all our indoor and outdoor pools are heated to between 34 and 38°C all year round. 5 of them are also chlorine-free – especially for allergy sufferers, babies, and small children as well as sensitive skin types.
  • What are the opening hours of the pools and saunas?
    The pools and saunas are open at the following times.
    • Fun pool, experience pool, baby and toddler pool, hot whirlpool, and XXL infinity whirlpool in the pond: 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.
    • Rooftop pools: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
    • Adults-only mountain sauna complex and family sauna: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
  • From what age is the adults-only spa accessible?
    The adults-only mountain sauna complex is open to those aged 16 and over. It includes 8 different saunas with daily infusions, relaxation rooms with swinging loungers and hay beds, a special chlorine-free Kneipp course, a foot spa, a tea and snack corner, and the fresh air outdoor area with plunge pool, whirlpool, wicker hanging chairs, and access to the natural pond.
Babies, toddlers, and children
  • Is there a private babysitting service?
    Yes, a babysitting service by professionally trained carers can be booked on request at reception. We charge €15.00 per hour for the first child and €10.00 per hour for each additional sibling.
  • Is childcare also available in the evening for a parents’ dinner?
    Childcare in the Alpiclub for children aged 3 and over is guaranteed daily until 9 p.m. We also offer films in the children’s cinema in the evenings.
    You are welcome to use our babysitting service for your babies and toddlers for an extra charge. There are also lovingly designed play areas for small children in the restaurants. So you can enjoy your dinner in peace and quiet while your child plays happily in view. The earlier dinner for children at 6 p.m. also gives you the opportunity to put your child to bed at their usual time and then go to the restaurant with the baby monitor without any worries.
  • Can siblings be together in the Kids Club together or are they divided into age groups?
    The well-being of your children is our top priority. In order to optimally support and encourage them in their abilities, some programme items are therefore offered separately for each age group. Other activities, however, such as playing freely or feeding the animals in the petting zoo, are shared by all age groups. Our trained carers always look individually at what your child needs to feel safe and well cared for.
  • Are there special children’s menus?
    At the buffet there are separate lower stations where your children can choose their own food according to the Montessori principle. As part of the menu, there is also the option of ordering daily changing children’s dishes at the table. All children’s dishes, whether buffet or served, are available from 6 p.m. You can also organise your holiday flexibly according to your wishes thanks to the extra-long opening hours for all meals.
  • Are there special dishes for babies and toddlers?
    The buffet has its own snack corner for babies and toddlers with child-friendly finger food without sugar, regional fruit, vegetables, and homemade organic baby food. Afterwards, your little ones can play happily in the play areas of our restaurants while you enjoy your meal in comfort. As the days with babies and toddlers do not follow fixed times, you can organise your time flexibly according to your needs thanks to the extra-long opening hours for all meals.
    There is also a well-equipped baby kitchen at your disposal, which is accessible 24 hours a day. You can also find our daily freshly prepared baby food there around the clock.
    All new family suites are also equipped with a microwave and kettle to heat up or prepare baby food right there.
  • Are the drinks included?
    Water, juices, tea, and coffee specialities from the buffet are included throughout the day as part of our all-inclusive board for connoisseurs.
  • Can baby equipment be borrowed?
    Yes, we have a large selection of high-quality baby equipment for hire, including cots, highchairs, changing mats in the room, kettles, bottle warmers, back carriers, baby monitors, Thule buggies, and much more. So you can confidently leave a lot of things at home and travel lighter.
    In our suites and chalets, your children sleep in real children’s beds with high-quality mattresses and fall-out protection. For those who feel safer with their parents or grandparents, we are happy to provide an extra bed. In addition, the washbasin in all new family suites can be used as a baby bathtub. The new suites also have a microwave and a kettle.

  • Can I do smart working?
    Yes, Alpura is the perfect place to combine work and holiday. Every suite and chalet have a desk or table and mesh Wi-Fi for smart working. Our chalets and penthouse suites in particular are ideal for a workation, as they offer you even more peace and privacy.
  • Are the chalets suitable for stag/hen parties, honeymoons, etc.?
    Our luxury chalets are perfect for both couples and larger groups thanks to their different sizes and highlights. In the romantic chalets you can enjoy cosy togetherness on a couple’s getaway, honeymoon, anniversary, etc. The larger chalets can accommodate up to 10 people and are therefore ideal for multi-generational holidays, getaways with several families, trips with friends, stag and hen parties, company events, etc. The different bedrooms provide plenty of space to retreat to, while the spacious communal living area brings everyone together. We are also happy to organise events and excursions for you, such as wine tastings, outdoor activities, team-building workshops, bowling evenings, and much more.
  • Are there special changing rooms for chalet guests who want to use the wellness area in the hotel?
    Yes, changing rooms are available in the spa area. You are also welcome to come to the hotel from the chalet in your bathrobe.
    The changing rooms are also ideal for making your arrival and departure flexible. If you arrive at Alpura before the guaranteed check-in time, you can get changed there and relax in the spa. On the day of departure, extend your stay with our Wellness Day and then get ready for your journey in the changing rooms.
  • Is there a kettle or microwave available for baby food?
    A microwave and kettle are available in all new family suites to heat up or prepare baby food. The suites are also equipped with a professional coffee machine with sustainable pods from the South Tyrolean coffee roasting company Alps Coffee.
  • Are there rooms for allergy sufferers (e.g. without carpet flooring)?
    Most of our suites and chalets are allergy-friendly. Please inform us of any allergies before your arrival so that we can cater for them individually.
  • Are there large suites with separate bedrooms for children?
    The suites and chalets at Alpura guarantee a wide variety of needs. Whether you are travelling with your extended family, several generations, or with other families, in our suites and luxury chalets you will find plenty of space with separate parents’ and children’s rooms as well as a shared living area.
  • Are the luxury chalets part of the family hotel?
    Our Mons Silva Private Luxury Chalets are part of Alpura and offer even more freedom and privacy thanks to their quiet, sunny hillside location on the edge of the forest and right above the hotel. In addition to all Alpura inclusive services, the penthouse suites have a particularly exclusive service concept. Breakfast is prepared by our forest fairies directly in the chalet according to your wishes and as if by magic, and we are also happy to serve you dinner in your private retreat. You also have your own private spa with a hot tub on the terrace, panoramic sauna, whirlpool, and couples’ shower. A fragrant infusion is prepared for you every day.
  • Are dogs allowed in the chalet?
    Well-behaved dogs are allowed in some suites and luxury chalets at Alpura on request. Please note that only a certain number of dog rooms are available. There is also a maximum number of dogs in the hotel. The surcharge for your dog is €30.00 per day (without food).
    For guests who do not want to leave their four-legged friends alone during meal times, we offer a separate parlour with a separate entrance. Please reserve your place in good time due to limited availability. However, your pets are not allowed in any other dining rooms or the wellness area.

  • Is there early check-in and late check-out?
    Yes, both early check-in and late check-out are possible on request and subject to availability. We charge 50% of the daily rate in both cases. With early check-in, your suite, penthouse suite, or chalet is available from 7.30 a.m. Late check-out allows you to use your retreat until 6 p.m. Both include the use of our all-inclusive board for connoisseurs from arrival or until departure (except dinner).
  • On the day of departure, you also have the option of extending your stay after you have vacated your suite or chalet with our Wellness Day. Changing rooms are available in our spa area, as well as on arrival before the guaranteed check-in time. This allows you to organise your arrival and departure flexibly according to your needs.

  • What is the best way to reach the hotel by car?
    Alpura is idyllically situated in unspoilt and peaceful Ratschings and is only 10km from the town of Sterzing. If you are travelling by car, take the A22 Brenner motorway to the Sterzing exit and then follow the Jaufenstrasse SS44. At the village of Stange, turn left towards Ratschings and follow the road for about 5km until you reach Alpura Retreat on the right.
  • Does the hotel offer a pick-up service from the train station or airport?
    If you are travelling by public transport or by plane, we will be happy to pick you up on request and for a fee with the e-hotel shuttle from the nearby train stations of Sterzing (10km away), Brenner (25km away) or Franzensfeste (30km away) as well as from Innsbruck or Bolzano airports. Please let us know your arrival time no later than the day before your arrival.

  • Is the hotel barrier-free and suitable for strollers?
    Alpura is completely barrier-free. Access ramps, lifts, spacious corridors, and rooms allow wheelchairs and strollers to move freely throughout the building.
Winter activities
  • Are there ski courses or ski kindergarten in the ski area?
    The Ratschings-Jaufen ski area with a total of 28km of slopes and 8 modern lifts has received several awards for being family-friendly. There is also a children’s area with magic carpets, a slalom course, a wave track, a ski carousel, a mysterious forest course, an action-packed fun park, and two ski schools on site. They offer individual lessons and group courses with experienced ski instructors.

    Thanks to our free hotel’s e-shuttle, you can reach the valley station of the ski area in just 3 minutes. The shuttle runs all day during the ski lift’s opening hours from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.

  • Can I hire ski equipment?
    At Rent and Go Schölzhorn ski rental at the valley station of the Ratschings-Jaufen ski area, you can conveniently hire ski and snowboard equipment or use the professional ski service to refresh your private equipment (ski, snowboard, ski touring ski).
  • Is there a ski room with boot dryer?
    Alpura has a spacious ski room with ski boot warmers and lockers for your skis and snowboards.
  • Are there discounts on ski tickets?
    The ski pass for children up to the age of 8 is free of charge in the Ratschings-Jaufen ski area if the accompanying adult purchases a ticket. Discounts are available for children aged 9 to 15, young people aged 16 to 18, and elderly aged 65 and over. Skiing enthusiasts aged 81 and over ski for free.
  • When does the ski area open? When does it close?
    The winter season in the Ratschings-Jaufen ski area usually runs from the beginning of December to mid-April. The lifts are open daily from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
    Thanks to our free hotel’s e-shuttle, you can reach the valley station of the ski area in just 3 minutes. The shuttle runs all day from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
  • Is there après-ski?
    Yes, various ski huts and bars in the Ratschings-Jaufen ski area offer après-ski to round off a successful day in the snow.

  • Can bikes, children’s bikes, trailers, and helmets be hired?
    High-quality mountain bikes, child bike seats, trailers, and helmets for adults and children can be hired from us free of charge; e-bikes from by “Haibike” and children’s e-bikes are available for a fee.
  • Which family-friendly hikes start directly at the hotel?
    Thanks to Alpura’s unique location in the middle of Ratschings, you can set off on countless family hikes directly from the hotel. The most popular include:
    • the hike through the impressive Stanghe/Gilfenklamm marble gorge,
    • the Pfeifer-Huisele theme trail, which takes you along the valley to the namesake gorge,
    • the adventure hiking trail in the Ratschings Mountain Adventure World and
    • the leisurely hike along the valley to the barefoot path in Innerratschings.
  • Are there guided nature experiences for children (e.g. forest adventures, discovering animals)?
    The children’s programme at Alpiclub follows a nature education approach. Under the loving guidance of our professionally trained and experienced carers, your children aged 3 to 12 will discover and experience nature with all their senses, from collecting breakfast eggs in our own henhouse and feeding the animals in the petting zoo to harvesting herbs in the garden and then making herb bags.
    In addition, you can spend valuable parent-child time with a variety of leisure programmes such as horse riding, tractor driving, handicrafts in the creative workshop, making butter with fine herbs, and much more.
    Teenagers aged 10 and over can look forward to unforgettable experiences such as pool parties, climbing in the high ropes course, mountain adventure tours, overnight stays in the Alpine pasture, marshmallow barbecues around the campfire, cocktail and latte art courses, graffiti workshops, snow tubing, and much more in the varied teen programme during the holiday periods.

    At Alpura, our all-inclusive full board for connoisseurs means you are well catered for throughout the day. All meals are prepared predominantly with high-quality local products and offer a varied selection of different dishes. All-inclusive full board includes:
    • Breakfast buffet from 7.30 a.m. to 11 a.m. with sparkling wine, freshly squeezed juices, organic corner, specialities from local farmers, and egg dishes from the show kitchen

    Allergies and food intolerances do not affect your culinary experience at Alpura in any way. We are happy to prepare lactose-free, gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan dishes for you. Simply let us know before or on your arrival and we will adapt your menu accordingly.

    Childcare for children aged 3 and over is guaranteed daily until 9 p.m. In the evenings we offer a variety of activities for your kids such as children’s disco, pyjama parties, cocktail evenings, children’s cinema, and much more. Teenagers from the age of 10 will also have a great time with the teen programme in the school holidays with overnight stays on the mountain pasture, marshmallow barbecues around the campfire, parties, and more in the evenings.
  • Is there a library with children’s books to borrow?
    At the multisensory tree in the lobby you will find a library with a large selection of children’s books for reading, reading, browsing, and discovering.
  • Are there sports courses for adults?
    Our activity and relaxation programme for adults changes depending on the season and includes a variety of indoor and outdoor activities. These include yoga and meditation sessions as well as back fitness, guided adventure hikes, mountain tours, and e-mtb tours, winter and snowshoe hikes in the cold season, and much more.
  • Are there special family or themed weeks (Christmas programme, baby weeks, etc.)?
    Yes, we always put together a variety of offers with special themed services and experiences, such as Easter or Christmas packages, baby weeks, ski weeks, and much more.

    Alpura is perfect for private celebrations on a small scale. Please contact us for the planning of your family celebration, birthday party, baptism party, wedding reception, etc.

  • Can I order birthday or surprise cakes?
    You are welcome to order cakes or gateaux for special occasions for an additional charge at reception or from the service team in the restaurant. Our in-house patisserie prepares all sweet temptations for you, from impressive themed cakes to multi-tiered wedding cakes, with a lot of love and care.
  • Is it possible to celebrate children’s birthdays at the hotel?
    If your child is celebrating their birthday during the holiday, we will be happy to organise a great children’s birthday party according to your wishes for an extra charge. We are also happy to organise themed parties for your child, such as pirate, mermaid, unicorn, etc. Simply contact our reception in advance for planning.
  • Which family-friendly events take place in the region (e.g. Alpine festivals, Advent markets)?
    Numerous family-friendly events take place in the area around Alpura in both summer and winter. A highlight in late summer is the annual cattle drive in Ratschings. At the end of September, cows, calves, sheep and lambs are lavishly decorated and driven back down from the mountain pastures into the valley. For the spectators there is a colourful supporting programme with music and delicious South Tyrolean specialities. The largest and most festive Almabrieb is celebrated in Maiern/Ridnaun.
    The traditional Christmas markets in the South Tyrolean towns also have a special magic. One of them is located in Sterzing, just a few minutes’ drive from Alpura. With all the glittering lights, tasty Christmas delicacies, genuine South Tyrolean craftsmanship, and exciting children’s attractions, the eyes of young and old alike will sparkle.
  • Does the hotel offer transfer services to excursion destinations or ski resorts?
    During the winter ski season, our free hotel’s e-shuttle takes you to the valley station of the Ratschings-Jaufen ski area in just 3 minutes. The shuttle runs all day during the ski lift’s opening hours from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.

  • Are there special family offers, discounts for large families, or discounts for children?
    Children get the following discounts at Alpura.
    • 0 – 1 years: 80% discount on the price per person
    • 2 – 5 years: 60% discount on the price per person
    • 6 – 12 years: 50% discount on the price per person
    • 13 – 17 years: 30% discount on the price per person
    • From the age of 18 years: a 3rd person in the suite with 2 full-paying guests gets a 10% discountt.
  • Single travellers with children benefit from special conditions.

  • Are there special offers for solo travellers with kids?
    Travelling alone with a child can be quite challenging. At Alpura we offer you the following special conditions: In the Kuschelnest and in the Sunshine Suite, the first child benefits from a 50% discount (in low season and with a full-paying guest), each additional child receives the age-appropriate children’s discount. In high season, a minimum of 2 full-paying guests is charged in all suites. In the chalets and penthouse suites, the price per accommodation unit always applies.
  • Are there special offers for grandma and grandpa holidays with grandchildren?
    Throughout the year, we put together a variety of packages with themed services and experiences. All offers are aimed not only at parents with children, but also at grandparents travelling with their grandchildren.
    With our varied leisure programmes such as horse riding, tractor driving, handicrafts in the creative workshop, making butter with fine herbs, and much more, grandparents can spend precious time with their little ones all year round. And while the grandchildren collect exciting experiences in the Alpine Club, grandma and grandpa can relax in the adults-only mountain sauna complex or explore Ratschings on hikes, bike tours, ski days, and more.
  • Is it possible to book arrival and departure days flexibly?
    Families are individual, and their holiday at Alpura is just as individually tailored to their needs. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, you can arrive and depart on any day of the week.
  • Is it possible to book late check-out or early check-in?
    On request and subject to availability, you can book early check-in and late check-out for 50% of the daily rate.
    With early check-in, your booked retreat is ready for you to move into from 7.30 a.m. In addition to the lunch buffet, the afternoon treats, and the evening menu, you can enjoy the breakfast buffet, all-day free non-alcoholic drinks from the buffet, and the spa area.
    With a late check-out, your suite, penthouse suite, or chalet is available to you until 6 p.m. In addition to the lunch buffet, the afternoon treats, and the evening menu, you can enjoy the breakfast buffet, all-day free non-alcoholic drinks from the buffet, and the spa area.
    Alternatively, you can extend your holiday after check-out with the Wellness Day until 6 p.m. For €35.00 per person (from the age of 12), you can use the spa area, enjoy the lunch buffet, have all-day free non-alcoholic drinks from the buffet, and get all-day participation in the activity and children’s programme.
  • Are short stays possible or is there a minimum stay?
    There is no minimum stay at Alpura, except during certain offer weeks and on certain public holidays.
  • What payment options are available at the hotel?
    At Alpura, you can pay in cash, by Visa, or debit card. Payment with American Express and Diners Club credit cards is not possible. For cash payments, please take into account the legal limit of €4,999.00. If you make your payment by bank transfer, the amount must be credited to our bank account before your departure.

  • Are dogs allowed in the hotel?
    Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Alpura on request and for an extra charge of €30.00 per day (without food). Spacious dog-friendly suites and chalets await you, all with a balcony or terrace. Please note that only a certain number of dog rooms are available. There is also a maximum number of dogs in the hotel.
    For guests who do not want to leave their four-legged friends alone during meal times, we offer a separate parlour with a separate entrance. Due to limited availability, please reserve your place in advance at reception. Out of consideration for our other guests, your dog is not allowed in any other restaurants and in the spa area.
    The numerous walking and hiking trails that pass right by the hotel are ideal for a daily walk with your four-legged friend.
    We reserve the right to charge for any final cleaning. Owners are liable for damage caused by their pets.
  • Is the parking free of charge?
    When booking a suite or chalet, a free parking in our garage is included, subject to availability.
  • Is the Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel?
    Yes, the Wi-Fi works throughout the entire hotel complex, including our luxury chalets.
  • Does the hotel offer a laundry service?
    A washing machine and tumble dryer are available at Alpura at any time for a small fee. We are also happy to wash and iron your garments for you. All information about the modalities and the corresponding price list are available in your suite or chalet. 
  • Is there a small shop in the hotel (for snacks, souvenirs, etc.)?
    In our hotel shop you will find a hand-picked selection of high-quality home-made products and South Tyrolean delicacies, toiletries, baby accessories and nappies, souvenirs, gadgets, and much more. 
  • Does the hotel offer charging stations for electric cars and bikes?
    You can charge your e-car easily and conveniently at our charging stations for a fee. Free charging facilities are available for your e-bike.
