You are free to choose depending on how you’re feeling that day.

Sleep in late, hop out of bed and settle at the already-laid breakfast table in your pyjamas – no need to get yourself or the children ready for a trip to the restaurant. Spend the afternoon curled up by the fire and unwind in the private spa for as long as you like – dinner follows no fixed schedule. You can enjoy it in your chalet or suite whenever it suits you. At Alpura, exclusivity means spending your time exactly as it feels right for you.

A perfect breakfast experience

Every morning begins with an Alpine breakfast of local delicacies, freshly served in your chalet or suite by our forest fairies. You design your breakfast based on a menu full of treats – entirely to suit your taste, mood and fancy.

Soft-footed and as if by magic, the fairies lay your breakfast table just as you like and deliver the morning post. Then you tuck into breakfast when, where and for as long as you like – whether cosied up in your living area or basking in the sun on the terrace. The washing up? Our fairies take care of that too. And if you’re craving the full variety of a breakfast buffet, you can revel in your first meal of the day at the Alpura restaurant.

Lunch and snacks

Freshly prepared pasta dishes from the show kitchen, crisp salads, oven-fresh pizza, and a hot dish of the day await you at the hotel daily from 12.30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Up until 4 p.m., treat yourself to homemade cakes, the delicious soup of the day, light snacks, and nibbles, or even an authentic South Tyrolean “Marende” platter. All served informally – bathrobes welcome.

Evening indulgence to suit all tastes

Cook for yourself or be cooked for? The choice is yours. In your chalet or penthouse suite, you’ll find a menu offering sumptuous à la carte dishes made using regional ingredients. Our forest fairies will deliver your order directly to you.

If you prefer to enjoy the elegant atmosphere of our restaurant, we’ll be delighted to treat you to our six- to seven-course gourmet menu.

And for those who love to prepare their own meals, we deliver all the ingredients for a delicious fondue or raclette straight to your private space.
