To fulfil your every wish, our forest fairies are on hand and at your service in the Mons Silva chalets and penthouse suites. As fairies do, they work in secret: tending to your wellbeing while remaining almost invisible.

The culinary fairies

They set the table, cover it with delicious treats and take care of the washing up. The culinary fairies make sure you’re never short of something tasty - morning, evening, and whenever hunger strikes. They’re happy to accommodate special diets and allergies, too. Just let Reception know.

The wellness fairies

They prepare everything so you can enjoy a revitalising infusion in your private sauna, and also stop by to give massages and spa treatments.

The cleaning fairies

They take care of the cleaning so unobtrusively, you won’t even notice they’ve been.

The fairies for everything else

Dogsitting: dogs are warmly welcomed in the chalets and penthouse suites. For €15 per hour, we’ll gladly arrange a dogsitter for you.
Baby care: rest assured your little ray of sunshine is in the best hands with our complimentary baby care – 45 hours per week for babies and toddlers aged 0 to 3. If you’d like more personalised care, an attentive and highly qualified forest fairy is available exclusively for €15 per hour.
Packed lunches: whether for the journey home or to take with you on a day trip – a tasty packed lunch makes the day even sweeter.
Alpura family service for lighter travel: borrow high-quality baby and toddler equipment such as cots, highchairs, changing mats, bottle warmers, baby carriers, baby monitors, Thule-brand buggies, and much more – all readily available from us.
With our e-shuttle, you’ll travel comfortably all day long in winter from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. – just 3 minutes to the valley station for the Ratschings-Jaufen ski resort. No lugging skis, and no long walks in awkward ski boots.
