Breakfast bliss

From 7.30 a.m. to 11 a.m., start your day the relaxed way at the delicious breakfast buffet. As you enter the restaurant, you’re greeted by the wonderful aroma of coffee concoctions freshly prepared by our barista at the barista station. Your journey continues through the varied buffet area: specialities from local farms, treats from the organic corner, freshly pressed juices, and fine sparkling wine will have your mouth watering at first glance. Meanwhile, our chef prepares tasty egg dishes and waffles for you in the show kitchen – so delicious you’ll lose track of time. Just as it should be on holiday.
Midday treats and afternoon delights from the show kitchen
At Alpura, satisfy big and small midday appetites alike at the generous buffet area with a show kitchen. Our chefs prepare fresh pasta before your eyes and treat you to hot daily dishes, soups, crisp salads, and pizzas straight from our wood-fired oven – freshly served every day at the lunch buffet between 12.30 p.m. and 4 p.m.
If you’re still in the mood for something sweet or a little snack afterwards, help yourself to what you fancy until 4 p.m. at the afternoon buffet featuring homemade cakes, a delicious soup of the day, nibbles, and South Tyrolean “Marende” platter.
Evenings are made for sampling, savouring, and lingering
In the evening, gather comfortably around the family table and indulge in a six- to seven-course gourmet menu made up of dishes served at the table or freshly prepared by our kitchen team at the show kitchen buffet. The daily fresh salad buffet, fine antipasti, sweet treats from our in-house patisserie, and a selection of cheeses from the buffet make it taste even better.
For an extra refined touch, enjoy the fine wines from our expertly stocked wine cube, which our sommeliers will gladly recommend to pair with your menu and suit your preferences.
At the weekly themed evenings, you’ll also be able to sample specialities from various regions and countries, skilfully prepared by our versatile kitchen team. A firm favourite is the weekly aperitif with us, the Eisendle family, providing plenty of space for relaxed conversation and enjoying each other’s company.
